Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of creativetwins.com, Creative Twins member services and purchases made directly from Creative Twins LLC ("Creative Twins", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Texas, United States. References to "you" include the individual customer or the organization represented by that customer.
Scope and related agreements
These Terms apply together with the order confirmation and any product-specific terms presented with your purchase. Our End-User License Agreement and any applicable product-specific agreement govern software installation and use. Our Refund Policy sets out the voluntary guarantee for direct payments. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is processed.
An order identifies the product, license type, permitted users, price, currency, billing period and included services. No provision of these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. The voluntary refund guarantee remains available independently of the product warranty.
Accounts and eligibility
Account and billing information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. Suspected unauthorized access may be reported to info@creativetwins.com.
Purchases require the legal capacity to enter into the applicable agreement. A person purchasing on behalf of an organization must have authority to bind it. Individual accounts and licenses are assigned to their authorized users; additional users require the entitlement specified in the applicable order.
Access to purchased products and private member services is determined by the relevant entitlement. Creating an account does not confer access to products or memberships that have not been purchased or otherwise granted.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices, billing frequency and applicable taxes or other charges are disclosed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize the payment described in the order summary. Payment credentials are handled by the payment services available at checkout.
Digital products and services are supplied as described on the relevant product page and order confirmation. References to planned, experimental or forthcoming features do not form part of the current release unless expressly included in the order.
Subscriptions and renewal
Where an order provides for automatic renewal, the subscription renews for the disclosed billing period until canceled. Recurring charges are authorized at checkout. Any changes to renewal pricing and any required notices will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation requests may be submitted to info@creativetwins.com. Unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and stops future renewals. Cancellation alone does not request reimbursement of a previous payment. Each direct payment, including each renewal, has its own 14-day refund period under our Refund Policy.
Digital delivery and compatibility
Delivery and access information is provided through the purchase confirmation and customer account. Supported operating systems, host applications, hardware and dependencies are specified in the documentation for the applicable release. Separately licensed third-party software is not included unless expressly stated.
Any consent or acknowledgment required by law for immediate digital supply must be obtained through the relevant purchase process. Downloading, installing or using a product does not affect our voluntary 14-day refund guarantee.
Intellectual property and customer content
Creative Twins and its licensors retain their rights in the software, website, documentation, trademarks and other supplied materials. The applicable license defines the rights granted to customers; purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of those materials.
You retain the rights you hold in your source media, project files and outputs. Content submitted to support or member services remains yours. Such submissions may be stored, processed and displayed as necessary to provide the service and within the audience permitted by the relevant platform settings. Submission does not authorize unrelated promotional reuse of your work.
Acceptable use
Use of our services must comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Unauthorized distribution of software, infringement, malicious code, interference with service security or availability, impersonation, and circumvention of license or access controls are prohibited. Software-specific restrictions and applicable exceptions are set out in the product EULA.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security threat or legal obligation. Where appropriate and practicable, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided. Such measures do not extinguish an accrued refund entitlement or other non-excludable right.
Warranties and service availability
The Refund Policy applies whether or not a product is defective. Any express product warranty is set out in the agreement applicable to that product, subject to its stated scope, remedies and exceptions. Mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Software warranty and liability provisions are contained in the applicable EULA. Online services may be affected by maintenance, network conditions and third-party systems; continuous availability and compatibility with every future third-party release are not guaranteed. This does not limit an express commitment in an order or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
Revisions will identify their applicable date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove an accrued refund right, alter a completed purchase without a lawful basis, or restrict mandatory consumer protections.

Questions, complaints and requests concerning these Terms may be sent to info@creativetwins.com. We will seek to resolve concerns directly. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising statutory remedies or bringing a claim in a forum available under applicable law.
