Refund Policy

Creative Twins offers a full refund within 14 calendar days of any purchase or payment made directly to Creative Twins. No explanation is required.
14-day money-back guarantee
The guarantee applies to one-time purchases, monthly and other subscription payments, and subscription renewals. Each payment has its own 14-day refund period, starting on the date of that payment.
Downloading, installing or using the product does not affect eligibility. The guarantee does not require a technical fault and applies equally to discounted direct purchases.
Requesting a refund
Email info@creativetwins.com within 14 calendar days of the payment, including the purchase email address and order or payment reference. A request submitted within that period qualifies even if processing is completed afterward.
We will refund the full amount of the relevant purchase or subscription payment, including applicable tax collected with it, to the original payment method. Confirmation will be provided when the refund is issued. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider; applicable statutory deadlines remain controlling.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals and, unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise, takes effect at the end of the paid subscription term. A cancellation request does not automatically request a refund of a previous payment. Refund and cancellation requests can be submitted together to info@creativetwins.com.
The license or service entitlement associated with a refunded payment ends. Cancellation of future renewals is confirmed separately from the refund transaction.
Purchases from other sellers
This voluntary guarantee applies to purchases made directly from Creative Twins. Purchases from a reseller or marketplace are handled by the seller identified on the receipt, subject to its terms and applicable law.
Statutory rights and product warranties
This policy is additional to rights and remedies provided by applicable law, including those relating to defective, misdescribed or non-conforming products. The 14-day period does not limit a statutory claim that may be brought later.
Any separate product warranty is described in the applicable product agreement. Warranty claims and the voluntary refund guarantee are independent remedies.
