Effective date:
Creative Twins LLC ("Creative Twins", "we", "us" or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers Creative Twins websites, direct purchases, software licensing, support and member services. Additional product or service notices may explain processing specific to those offerings. Privacy inquiries and requests may be sent to info@creativetwins.com.
Account and transaction information includes names, email addresses, billing information, order references, purchase history and subscription status. Payment providers process the credentials used to complete a transaction. We receive the transaction and billing information needed to administer the purchase.
Communications information includes inquiries, correspondence and materials submitted for support. Member-service information includes profile details, posts, comments and uploads, together with the information needed to administer access and participation.
Technical information includes IP addresses, request timestamps, browser and device information, requested resources and service logs. Cookies and similar technologies may also record consent choices, session identifiers, preferences and information associated with enabled features.
Processing varies by product and service. Product-specific notices describe the processing relevant to those offerings. For the current CreativeTrack software, normal tracking, depth, lens, masking and reconstruction processing occurs locally on the user’s workstation. Licensing requests do not upload footage, project materials or outputs.
CreativeTrack license verification may process license or account authorization, a pseudonymous device fingerprint, workstation name, activation identifier, software version and timestamps. These records are used to validate and maintain entitlements, manage activations, prevent misuse and provide licensing support.
Projects, logs, screenshots or clips submitted to support, and material uploaded to member services, are processed separately from local software operation. Their treatment depends on the service through which they are submitted.
We use account, transaction and licensing information to fulfill purchases, maintain subscriptions and licenses, deliver account communications and administer access to member services. Communications and submitted materials are used to respond to inquiries and provide the requested support.
Technical records support hosting, service administration, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Transaction and related records also support accounting, legal compliance and the establishment or defense of legal claims. Optional measurement and marketing activities are subject to the choices and legal basis applicable to them.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, processing necessary to supply an order, license or requested service is based on performance of a contract. Processing required for accounting or other legal duties is based on legal obligations. Proportionate security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and service administration may be based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable safeguards.
Consent is used where required for optional technologies or marketing. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. A privacy notice does not itself constitute consent to optional processing.
Service providers receive information required for the functions they perform. The current service environment includes WordPress/Automattic for website hosting and related site services, SureCart for commerce, CookieYes for consent management, HighLevel/LeadConnector for member services and relevant communications, and Google services for configured email or sign-in functions. Payment processing is performed through the services available at checkout. Embedded third-party media, including YouTube where enabled, may involve additional processing by the media provider.
Account, contact and transaction information is processed by the providers responsible for those functions; technical and consent records are processed by the relevant hosting, security and consent services. Support submissions and member content are processed by the platforms used to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to address fraud and security incidents. External services may act under their own privacy terms for activities they independently control.
Profiles, posts, comments and uploaded content are visible to the audience permitted by the relevant group and platform settings. Administrators and service providers may process that information to operate and support the service. Restricted group access does not prevent recipients from retaining or redistributing material they can view.
Submitting content does not transfer ownership to Creative Twins. Use of that content is limited to the relevant service unless another appropriate permission or legal basis applies.
Cookies and similar technologies support functions on Creative Twins websites and online services. The controls available depend on the website or service visited. Our main website uses CookieYes for cookie preferences; these choices are separate from account registration and purchases.
Cookies store information in a browser between requests or visits. Local storage and session storage can perform related functions, such as preserving a setting or supporting an active session. These technologies may contain identifiers and are not necessarily anonymous.
Necessary technologies support requested functions such as security, sign-in, checkout and recording consent choices. Their classification depends on the function performed, not simply on the provider that supplies them.
Optional technologies may support additional functionality, embedded media, usage measurement or affiliate attribution. The CookieYes preference panel displays the entries and categories identified for the WordPress website. Individual providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
CookieYes presents "Accept all", "Reject non-essential" and "Preferences" options on our website. Preferences allow optional categories to be selected individually. Necessary technologies are not controlled by those optional category switches.
The cookie-preference control can be reopened to change or withdraw a choice. The current configuration renews the consent request after 180 days. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers or using another device may require a new selection.
Browser settings may also be used to remove or block stored information. Restricting storage required for sign-in or checkout may affect those functions. A preference change applies prospectively and does not reverse processing already completed.
The Creative Twins community portal is hosted separately from the WordPress website. Its sign-in, membership and community features involve separate services and browser storage. The light/dark display setting is remembered in local storage.
The CookieYes installation on creativetwins.com does not currently manage technologies on the community portal. Questions about the portal’s storage or privacy practices may be sent to info@creativetwins.com.
Technology and provider changes may require updates to this section and the preference panel. For questions about cookies or similar technologies, contact info@creativetwins.com.
Marketing preferences may be changed through the unsubscribe option in a marketing message or by contacting us. Necessary purchase, licensing, account and security communications are separate from marketing preferences.
Retention depends on the purpose and type of information, the duration of the customer relationship, applicable legal and accounting obligations, and the need to resolve disputes or prevent misuse. Deleting an account does not necessarily require deletion of records that must be retained for those purposes.
Administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage provides absolute security.
Creative Twins operates in the United States, and the service providers used to deliver our services may process information in other countries. The protections available under local law may differ from those in a customer’s country. Information about processing locations and the safeguards applicable to a particular service may be requested at info@creativetwins.com.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling activities where those activities occur. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable jurisdiction and processing involved.
Requests may be submitted to info@creativetwins.com. We may verify identity and, where relevant, an authorized agent’s authority. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law. If a request is declined, we will explain the applicable basis and any available appeal process. An appeal may be submitted to the same email address with the subject "Privacy appeal". Rights to complain to the relevant regulator remain unaffected. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Changes to this policy will be identified by a revised date, with additional notice where required. For privacy questions, requests or concerns, contact info@creativetwins.com.
